OUR TEAM

RICK
Director
Rick, or “The Big D” as some of us like to call him, has been in the industry for more than 16 years; starting Clarence Coast Scaffolding in 2009 which then became Anderson’s Scaffolding in late 2010 and over the years has worked to establish the business as one of Newcastle’s most competitive and experienced scaffold providers. Rick is also a passionate car enthusiast, but in most recent years you’ll find him at the Go-Kart track spinning spanners for his son. When he isn’t living out his racing dreams there, he is the Director of all things at Anderson’s.

JOSH
Manager
Josho has been with Anderson’s since 2014 starting in the role of Manager, and now General Manager once our management team expanded. With over 20 years Scaffolding experience, Josh has worked across all roles including on the Tools, Leading Hand, Sales Rep and Management; including managing our most impressive high-rise projects to date. In his spare time, Josh loves nothing more than hitching up the caravan and seeing where the outback roads take him, Brooke (our boss accounts manager) and his two boys – although most of the roads seem to always lead to a pub!

SCOTT
Operations Manager
Starting out over10 years ago with Anderson’s, Scotty worked on the tools as a Scaffolder and moved his way up in the business to leading hand, Site Supervisor, Estimator and now a management role, consistently proving his dedication to quality and safety. Away from site you’ll probably find Scotty out on a brekkie date with his wife and daughter; playing drums with his band or even being a speed demon racing down a mountain bike trail on his bike.

GERARD
Site Supervisor
Gary, Gez or G-bang a.k.a Gerard started working for Anderson’s back in 2014 as a Yardie not knowing the difference between a standard or ledger. Nowadays Gerry is our Site Supervisor, moving from site to site each day providing support to our scaffold crews, completes scaffold inspections and regular training, and assists with estimating jobs. When Gerry isn’t on site, you’ll find him off camping with his wife and boys; supervising and signing off on the camp set up or maybe even hitting a round of golf with his mates – and of course partaking in the necessary post-game beers.

BROOKE
Accounts Manager
With over 20 years of Office Administration experience including more than 10 years with Andersons; Brooke handles all client accounts, payroll, aluminium sales quotes/orders and our social media/advertising. Since casting for the Real Housewives of Newcastle won’t be happening any time soon, Brooke has dedicated her spare time to helping her boys achieve their Basketball dreams, making sure they never miss a game and can always hear her cheering the loudest from the stands.

KIM
RTW Co-Ordinator
Kim joined the team in 2019, and handles all compliance documentation and Work Health Safety related matters along with monitoring and maintaining our mobile app used for onsite access to all project documentation. In her spare time, Kim enjoys telling the boss how it is (Being Rick’s wife), travelling the countryside for karting events with her boys, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

TRINA
Admin Assistant
Trina (not KATrina as she mistakenly gets called) came on board as our admin assistant back in 2021. With years of office experience, Trina answers all of our phone enquiries, ensures that all site paperwork is submitted each day, keeps the office stocked and in tip top shape; as well as making sure that regular maintenance, service and testing of all plant and equipment is completed on time. When she isn’t answering the phones or ordering supplies, Trina enjoys having a glass of fine wine with her family and friends, and let’s not forget her pet snake ‘Precious’!
