Consisting of three interconnecting buildings with dual access via Hunter and King Street, Sky Residences boasts 189 luxury residential apartments and a rooftop lounge in the centre of Newcastle. The scaffolding was erected in multiple stages and at the time of completion, the main tower was the tallest building in Newcastle.
