“Not your every day access scope of works, however the team at Andersons Scaffolding were up to the task….”
The challenge was set by the client to not only gain access to the sandstone lintels inside the church for remedial repairs, but also engineer the scaffolding to support and lift the stone via a monorail lifting track system from ground level up 14.0m high whilst spanning over the church pews below. With over 40 ton of scaffolding supported from structural beams on ground floor, whilst also attaching beams at ceiling height to support the monorail, our guys on site from start to finish performed amazingly to have this completed on time with one very happy customer!
